Job summary

JANUS Research Group seeks a senior Aviation capability-development analyst to support AFCD-wide integration and synchronization. This on-site lead will coordinate capability-development across multiple directorates, Army centers, HQDA, and joint partners.

The role requires a field-grade officer background and at least five years of Aviation operations experience, with CGSC/ILE graduate credentials. Expect collaboration with DoD teams and extensive leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Former field-grade officer with aviation experience.
• Experience coordinating across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
• Strong ability to prepare executive summaries, papers, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Integrate capability-development efforts across AFCD and allied organizations.
• Prepare action plans, strategies, and senior-leader read-ahead products.
• Support Aviation portfolio development through relevant Army processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and joint working groups.
• Coordinate development, review, and approval of capability-development documents.
• Provide quality review and technical integration of products.
