Job summary
JANUS Research Group seeks a Senior Aviation Military Analyst with extensive Army fixed-wing aviation experience to support modernization, capability development, and JCIDS documentation for Army and Joint programs.
The role involves leading aviation studies, developing requirements, and delivering executive-level briefings to military and government leadership. Candidate must have an active TS/SCI clearance and 15+ years of Army aviation experience.
Qualifications
- 15+ years Army Aviation flight and combat ops experience.
- Rated Army Aviator with Army fixed-wing experience.
- Dual-qualified in Army Aviation and Military Intelligence.
- Senior/Master Army Aviator badge required.
- Experience leading Joint Working Groups and JCIDS docs.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic-level analysis and recommendations for Army fixed-wing aviation modernization.
- Lead and support aviation studies evaluating concepts, tech, and capability gaps.
- Develop white papers, concept papers, and requirements documents.
- Prepare executive-level briefings to senior military and government leadership.
- Independently produce graduate-level technical analyses with minimal revisions.
