Job summary

Astreya Partners, LLC in Chicago is seeking an experienced Technical Event Producer to lead technical production for in-person and hybrid events in the Auditorium/Event Space. The role involves operating the upgraded environment, coordinating audio, video, lighting, and streaming, and serving as the primary technical contact for executive and global programs.

You will manage pre-production, on-site setup, rehearsals, live execution, and post-event handoffs, collaborating with stakeholders,

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of corporate event production experience.
Hands-on with Microsoft Teams and Zoom event delivery.
Experience with PTZ cameras, audio mixers, production switchers, lighting, wireless mics, encoders, and projection.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics; lead crews and coordinate vendors.
Willingness to travel and work early/late hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead in-person, virtual, hybrid, webinar, and livestreamed events using Teams, vMix, Zoom, and related platforms.
Act as producer, show caller, or technical director; cue speakers, playback, cameras, lighting, audio, projection, and transitions.
