Bright Vision Technologies is a technology consulting and software development company delivering cloud, AI, data, and enterprise solutions nationwide. They seek an Autonomous Learning Engineer with 10+ years of AI/RL/DL expertise to design, train, and deploy intelligent systems.

Responsibilities include designing RL solutions, scalable training pipelines, and production-grade autonomous agents, with a focus on RLHF and multi-agent learning. This role is 100% remote within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Robotics, Mathematics, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in AI, ML, DL, or RL.
• Expert Python and deep learning framework experience (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
• Hands-on RL library experience (Ray RLlib, SB3, Stable-Baselines3, Acme).
• Experience building simulation environments (Gymnasium, MuJoCo, Unity ML-Agents, NVIDIA Omniverse).
• Experience deploying AI on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy reinforcement learning solutions for autonomous systems.
• Architect scalable RL training pipelines using distributed computing and GPUs.
• Build simulation environments for training and validating RL agents.
• Develop and evaluate modern RL algorithms, reward models, and policy optimization.
• Create autonomous learning systems using RLHF, imitation, offline, and multi-agent learning.
• Improve convergence, sample efficiency, training stability, and production scalability.
• Integrate RL models into production apps with reliability, safety, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
• Mentor engineers and lead RL architecture, experiments, and best practices.
• Evaluate emerging RL frameworks and research to drive innovation.
