Job summary

Transportation Auction Consultants in Georgia seeks an experienced Automotive Title Clerk to join the Title Department. This is not an entry-level role; hands-on experience with processing motor vehicle titles and related documents is required.

You will work daily with the Title Department Manager, handling title packages, researching discrepancies, and ensuring timely processing in a fast-paced auction environment.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive title-processing experience is required.
• Strong data-entry and organizational skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles, transfers, reassignments and ownership documents.
• Review titles for ownership, signatures, liens and required docs.
• Identify incomplete or problematic title paperwork and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical title records and respond to inquiries.
