USC Auto Garage in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join its busy independent shop. This role offers a guaranteed base pay plus production incentives and an earning potential of $80,000-$110,000+ annually with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend work.

Candidates should have 5+ years of repair experience, strong diagnostics across domestic, Asian, and European vehicles, and PA Safety Inspection license (Emissions license preferred).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills across Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
• PA State Safety Inspection License required.
• PA Emissions License preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
• Perform automotive maintenance and repair services with focus on quality and efficiency.
• Accurately diagnose vehicle concerns and recommend repairs.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative shop environment.
• Maintain professional communication with teammates throughout the repair process.
• Help deliver high-quality repairs that build customer trust and support shop growth.
