Job summary

USC Auto Garage in Pittsburgh, PA seeks an experienced Automotive Technician to join a busy independent shop with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend work. Earn a guaranteed base of $25/hour plus production incentives and bonuses, with earning potential of $80,000–$110,000+ annually.

Focus on diagnosing and repairing Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles while delivering high-quality repairs and outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills across Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
• PA Safety Inspection License required.
• PA Emissions License preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Positive attitude with a team-first approach.
• Strong professionalism and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
• Perform automotive maintenance and repair services with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Accurately diagnose vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented shop environment.
• Maintain professional communication with teammates throughout the repair process.
