Job summary

Lithia Reno Subaru is urgently hiring an experienced automotive technician in Reno, NV. The role offers full-time hours with flat-rate pay between $29 and $45 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package through Lithia's Total Rewards program.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, road-testing, and maintaining documentation and tools, with a focus on safety and efficiency within Lithia standards.

Qualifications

• Three years dealership experience is required.
• ASE certifications are preferred.
• Subaru vehicle knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
• Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools.
