Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Colorado is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while mentoring a team to improve customer care and satisfaction. Pay range is $25.30–$42.65 per hour with a flat-rate pay model.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license at all times.
• Demonstrated skill in brakes and hydraulics systems and/or steering & suspension and alignments.
• Skilled in general automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications—brake & hydraulic, exhaust, ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Achieve ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; test fees paid by company; bonus for each test passed.
