Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking a Master Automotive Technician for our Lumberton and Beaumont TX locations. The role offers up to $60/hour, with weekends off and a climate-controlled shop, plus comprehensive benefits and advancement opportunities.

The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic skills, can manage workloads, mentor teammates, and maintain high safety and quality standards while delivering excellent guest service. Full-time employment with training support is provided.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic skills for all makes/models.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing various vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals while maintaining quality.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Distribute work to technicians and oversee workflow.
• Coach technicians to prepare for certifications.
• Train and mentor new technicians.
• Help diagnose and repair vehicles when needed.
• Conduct quarterly performance touchpoints and monitor goals.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain shop standards.
• Communicate customer concerns to the service department.
