The role requires 5+ years of experience, ASE L1/Master preferred or a plan to achieve, and a commitment to ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests.
• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for guests.
• Build experience across domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.
• Communicate concerns with service department.
• Collaborate with technicians to meet deadlines and deliver results.
