Hogan & Sons Tire and Auto in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Senior Automotive Technician / Mechanic to diagnose and repair vehicles to MAP guidelines and manufacturer standards. The role offers a flat-rate compensation starting from $35-$50+ per hour with ASE certification incentives and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, ASE certification, and a valid driver’s license; ability to work five days including Saturdays.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer a minimum of one active ASE or equivalent experience or training.
• Possess valid driver’s license, or obtain a Virginia driver’s license within 30 days of hire date.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.

Mansioni

• Diagnoses vehicles according to the appropriate level of certifications/experience.
• Performs work as outlined on the Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Explains technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include the Store Manager, Service Consultants and/or customers.
• Recommends services that are necessary to keep the customer’s vehicle in running condition; properly documents all recommendations in customer file.
• Follows all safety procedures and reports any concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
• Maintains appropriate ASE certifications and renewals of expiring certifications.

Senior Automotive Technician / Mechanic is responsible for effectively and efficiently diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles while adhering to the MAP guidelines and in accordance with dealership, manufacturers and company standards.

COMPENSATION: Starting from $35-$50+ Flat Rate (Depending on experience and active ASE's). SIGN ON of up to $2,500.

Technicians/Mechanics willing to get State Inspectors and Emissions license will receive $500 spot bonus. (Tuition Reimbursed)
