Qualifications

• Senior-level technician with 3+ years experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• ASE certifications a plus (or willingness to earn them; we pay for test prep & certs)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues (engine, electrical, drivability, HVAC, suspension, brakes, etc.)
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and follow proven repair processes
• Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and support fellow techs
• Take ownership of your bay, your work, and your results
• Opportunity to mentor apprentices and raise shop standards
