Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while utilizing leadership and mentoring skills to drive a team toward higher customer care and satisfaction.

The role offers a flat-rate pay model with a pay range of $23.00 to $38.91 per hour. Bridgestone provides on-the-job training and opportunities to obtain ASE certifications, along with competitive benefits.

Formación

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Demonstrated skill in brakes and hydraulics systems and/or steering & suspension and alignments.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications in at least three of A1 – A8 within first two years of employment (Tests and registrations fees are paid for by company pass or fail. Technicians receive bonus for each test passed)
