Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Allen, TX seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, lead a team and ensure high-quality customer care and satisfaction.

The role offers a sign-on bonus of $2000 for new teammates, a flat-rate pay structure, and a competitive pay range of $24.15 to $38.24 per hour. Expect ongoing paid training, ASE certifications support, and a path toward advanced automotive diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Brakes & hydraulics and/or steering & suspension expertise.
• General automotive maintenance and tire repair skills.
• Current federal, state and local certification where applicable.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least three of A1–A8 within first two years of employment.
