Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations in Nashville, TN seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while mentoring teammates. This role uses a flat-rate pay model and offers sign-on bonuses; ongoing paid training and ASE certifications are provided.

You will lead by example, handle complex repairs, and contribute to high customer satisfaction. A valid driver's license and ASE certifications are encouraged for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: valid driver's license at all times; brakes/hydraulics and/or steering & suspension experience; tire repair; ability to convey technical info to non-technical people; reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications including brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, and A/C systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and repairs to non-mechanical customers.
• Stay current with automotive tech through ongoing paid training.
• Assist and train other technicians/mechanics in technical tasks.
• Pursue and maintain ASE certifications (three of A1-A8) within two years; tests paid by company.
