Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Senior Technician based in Nashville, TN. The role focuses on diagnosing drivability and electrical systems, while leveraging leadership skills to drive a team toward top customer care and satisfaction.

The position offers a flat-rate pay model with earning potential reflecting regional work, productivity, and experience, and supports ongoing training and ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be able to diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, electrical, and suspension systems.
• Ability to explain technical diagnoses to non-technical customers.
• Commitment to ongoing paid formal training and certification.
• A.S.E. certifications in at least three areas within two years.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, suspension, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with automotive tech via ongoing paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years, with test fees paid by the company.
