Job summary

The role offers a $1,500 sign‑on bonus for first‑time hires and a flat‑rate pay model. Candidates should have ASE certifications (A1–A8) and 3+ years of automotive repair experience; training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license at all times.
• Experience with brakes, hydraulics, steering, suspension and alignments.
• Able to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills required.
• 3 years of automotive repair experience or vocational-technical training.
• ASE certification in at least one of A1-A8 (L1 acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications (brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C and computer systems).
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with automotive technology through continuous formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
