Job summary

Hendrick Automotive Group's Honda service facility in Concord, NC is hiring Senior Automotive Technicians. Perform complex diagnostics and precision repairs across engine, electrical, ADAS, and transmissions; work with latest OEM tools; maintain high CSI scores; mentor junior technicians; ensure work area safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; automotive tech training preferred.
A/B level technician with 5+ years of dealership or high-volume shop experience.
Proven expertise in advanced diagnostics, driveability, electrical, and HVAC.

Responsibilities

Perform complex diagnostic evaluations and precision repairs across engine, transmission, electrical and ADAS.
Utilize OEM diagnostic tools and software for accurate repairs.
Estimate costs, perform repairs to Honda/dealership standards, document hours.
Mentor junior technicians and maintain a safe, organized work area.
