Anderson Automotive Group is seeking Experienced Automotive Technicians to join our expanding service team. Competitive compensation and evening hours (12:00pm-10:00pm) are offered.

Candidates should have 2–3 years of technician experience, ASE certifications, and a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities include maintenance, diagnostics, test drives, and teamwork with service advisors.

Competenze

• Technical Skills: Have at least 2-3 years prior technician experience.
• Should have the ability and knowledge to conduct repair orders and mechanical work on vehicles.
• Maintain the ability to diagnose and repair vehicles in accordance with the manufacturer standards.
• Possess one or more ASE certifications.
• Consistency: Produce quality work every day and focus on fixing it right the first time.
• Leadership: Be able to answer questions regarding vehicles, the dealership and service. Work towards Master Technician certification if not a Master Technician already

Mansioni

• Perform factory scheduled maintenance and follow all manufacturer repair and diagnostic procedures.
• Test drive vehicles to identify concerns or issues.
• Communicate with service advisors about repairs and additional needs for vehicles.
• Present vehicles in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
• Work as a team with the service department professionals.
• Participate in classes and training to advance knowledge of working on vehicles.
• Stay up to date on products and vehicle maintenance requirements.
• Demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills.
• Provide the best service experience for every customer.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required.
