Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles for guests with accuracy and care.
• Continuously build experience across domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Work with the service team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly.
• Follow and promote high safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.
• Communicate effectively with the team about vehicle issues.
