AutoNation is seeking a Senior Technician to perform repair and maintenance on customer vehicles, while building trust and ensuring vehicle safety and reliability. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
• In-state driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Automotive technical training as required by store.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs as authorized by the Customer.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Conduct multi-point inspections to assess safety and reliability and make appropriate recommendations.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
