Qualifications

• 3+ years Automotive Technician experience or equivalent training.
• Must possess state and local certifications, valid driver's license, and clean MVR.
• Willingness to pursue ASE certifications toward higher technician levels.
• Strong diagnostic ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform advanced inspections and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced steering and suspension inspections and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair advanced brake and braking system issues.
• Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair.
• Diagnose and repair basic electrical systems.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) to identify vehicle needs.
• Perform scheduled maintenance services and flush services.
• Perform tire service, rotations, repairs, and TPMS service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure accurate repairs and excellent customer service.
• Maintain a minimum of 75% labor productivity.
