Job summary

Bruce's Tire & Auto Service in San Jose, CA is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles per MAP guidelines and dealer standards. You will work on brakes, suspensions, engine diagnostics and more, with compensation of $30–$50 per hour plus productivity bonuses. Qualifications

• Must be an experienced senior automotive technician.
• Prefer ASE certification (or equivalent) active.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair customer vehicles per MAP and industry standards.
• Follow multi-point inspection and repair orders for accurate work.
• Explain diagnostics and needed repairs to customers and store team.
• Recommend essential services and document all recommendations.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain ASE certifications.
