ManpowerGroup's client is an innovative leader in vehicle maintenance and engineering support, seeking a Sr, Automotive Technician in Austin, TX. You will work in the Maintenance Department supporting Fleet Operations, performing setup, diagnostics, and sign-off on vehicles for safe operation.

The role requires extensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance methods, 2-4 years of technician experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials.
• Minimum of 2 - 4 years of technician experience in a related field.
• Valid driver's license with a clean/excellent driving record.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Configure, set up, maintain, diagnose, and sign off on vehicles for safe on-road operation.
• Perform scheduled vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate and drive the repair process, escalating issues to engineering teams as needed.
• Create diagnostic test plans and maintain detailed service records and quality reports.
• Maintain shop facilities, tools, and workspace to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
