Qualifications

• Must be customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• Ability to commit to 40–60 hours per week in one bay.
• ASE Master Certification preferred, or plan to achieve.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles.
• Must meet or exceed hourly production goals.
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for customers.
• Build experience across domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete thorough, honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with the service team to address customer concerns.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.
• Communicate customer concerns effectively with the service department.
• Work with other technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.
