This position requires 3+ years of hands-on auto technician experience and a commitment to quality service. We offer competitive pay up to $55/hr based on certifications, with weekends off, paid vacation/holidays, and opportunities for ongoing training and career growth at our AZ department.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve customers.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.
• A desire for long-term career development.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for guests.
• Build experience across domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns.
• Promote high safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.
• Communicate guest concerns with the service department.
• Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.
