Qualifications

• Experienced B-Level Automotive Technician
• 3+ years Automotive Technician experience or equivalent training
• State and local certifications to perform work, including a valid driver's license and MVR
• ASE A4, A5, A6, A7 certifications required or pursued
• Desire to earn ASE certifications and advance toward an A Level Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced steering and suspension inspections and repairs
• Diagnose and repair advanced brake and braking system issues
• Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair
• Diagnose and repair basic electrical systems
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) to identify vehicle needs
• Perform scheduled maintenance and flush services
• Perform tire service, rotations, repairs, and TPMS service
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment
• Collaborate with service advisors and team to ensure accurate repairs and excellent customer service
• Maintain minimum 75% labor productivity vs invoiced hours
