Job summary

GreatWater 360 Auto Care in Louisville, KY seeks an experienced A-Level Automotive Diagnostic Technician to diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues. You will work with modern tools, support a team, and provide accurate DVIs and recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an A-Level Diagnostic Technician.
• Current valid driver's license and clean MVR per local requirements.
• All 8 ASE certifications preferred or working toward Master ASE Technician.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair advanced electrical and engine performance issues.
• Diagnose fuel, ignition, and drivability systems.
• Diagnose and repair 4WD/AWD drivetrain systems.
• Perform advanced steering, suspension, and brake system repairs.
• Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) with accurate recommendations.
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
