Job summary

Larry H Miller Volkswagen Avondale is hiring an Experienced Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and service vehicles with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will work within a dealership setting, leveraging manufacturer training to stay current on new technologies and drive quality outcomes for guests.

The position expects strong mechanical skills, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications heavily preferred.
• Manufacturer certifications heavily preferred.
• Previous automotive technician experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Examine vehicles to identify additional safety or service needs.
• Document all work performed and communicate with service advisor.
• Operate diagnostic tools to identify issues and verify repairs.
• Complete warranty repairs and file warranty claims as needed.
• Attend manufacturer-sponsored training and maintain CSI targets.
