Qualifications

5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
Michigan State Mechanics Certificate(s) required.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Experience on domestic, Asian, and European makes and models.
ASE certifications are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair complex automotive problems across domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
Use Autel, Snap-on, and Launch scan tools for diagnostics; prioritize testing over guessing.
Complete digital vehicle inspections using Tekmetric and clearly communicate findings to Service Advisors.
Deliver high-quality repairs while maintaining productivity and minimizing comebacks.
Communicate effectively with the team and continue advancing diagnostic capabilities.
