Genesis of Carmel is seeking a Master Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to dealer and factory standards at Napleton Genesis of Carmel. The role emphasizes building customer trust through reliable diagnostics and repairs, with affiliation to Ed Napleton Automotive Group and opportunities for growth.

We offer a potential pay range of $70,000-$130,000, plus incentives, paid training and certifications, and comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Journeyman Technician required.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequately explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay.
