Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive technician or mechanical experience in a dealership or high-volume shop.
• Ford experience strongly preferred.
• ASE certifications are a plus. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and identify work needed on various vehicles.
• Perform adjustments and calibrations, replenish fluids, and repair or replace parts.
• Document all work hours per policy and road test to ensure quality and issue resolution.
