Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking a Lead Technician in Sanford, North Carolina, responsible for diagnosing and repairing automotive systems while mentoring a team. Qualifications

• Valid automobile driver’s license is required.
• Skilled in brakes diagnosis and repair.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brake and hydraulic, exhaust, fuel ignition and electrical systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with automotive technology through formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least five areas within two years.
