Auto Systems Centers in Pittsburg, PA, part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking a full-time Automotive Lead Technician for our state-of-the-art service and tire center.

The role requires at least 2 years of automotive repair experience and a valid driver’s license; ASE certification is a bonus. We offer a competitive base pay with significant weekly bonuses, a 5-day work week, and comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with match, PTO, and growth from within.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2 years in automotive repair or equivalent education/experience.
• Licensing: Valid driver’s license required; ASE certification is a major bonus.
• Age/Work: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical: Ability to stand, lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Mindset: Dependable, team-oriented, focused on quality service in a fast-paced shop.

Responsabilités

• Inspect and diagnose vehicles; perform brakes, suspension, oil changes, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state inspections and oil/filters changes as required.
• Dismount/mount/rotate/balance tires and check fluids.
• Replace worn parts and ensure proper safety and road readiness.
