Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, now part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking a full-time Automotive Lead Technician in Pittsburg, PA. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair brakes, suspension components, perform inspections, oil changes, tire mounting/balancing, and fluid checks.

The role offers competitive weekly pay with a potential to earn up to $150K annually based on performance, plus benefits, 401(k), and ASE certification support. A 5-day work week and opportunities for growth are included.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience or equivalent training in automotive repair.
• A valid driver's license is required; ASE Certification is a major bonus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Demonstrates dependability, teamwork, and commitment to high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Perform state inspections and oil/filters changes.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn parts.
