Job summary

Sapphire Stream Technology is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Automotive Infotainment & Connectivity in Southfield, MI. You will design, implement, and validate infotainment and wireless software across Android, QNX, Linux, and AUTOSAR environments.

Responsibilities include Bluetooth SIG certification leadership, cross-functional collaboration with OEM partners, and rigorous testing across unit, integration, and system levels. Proficiency in C/C++ and embedded OS is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering, or foreign equivalent + 5 years of experience.
• Strong C and C++ for embedded software development.
• Experience with Android (AOSP), QNX, Linux, AUTOSAR 4.x and RTOS.
• Familiarity with CAN, LIN, SPI, I2C, UART.
• Experience with Bluetooth Classic/BLE and wireless connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and validate infotainment and wireless software.
• Lead Bluetooth SIG certification activities and interoperability testing.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams and OEM partners.
• Prepare technical documentation, test cases, and validation reports.
