Job summary

KOSTAL is seeking a Project Engineer – Hardware Electronics to lead the design, development, and validation of electronic hardware for automotive control modules and switches. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required.
• 5+ years of experience in electronic hardware design, preferably in automotive.
• Experience with LIN and CAN communication circuits.
• Proficiency in DFMEA, thermal analysis, and EMC considerations.

Responsibilities

• Design circuit board schematics of discrete electronics and embedded controls.
• Perform engineering analysis including DFMEA and thermal analysis.
• Interface with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver hardware solutions.
• Release designs to production and support validation during DV/PV phases.
