Job summary

Infosys Limited seeks a Senior Sales Manager to grow net-new Automotive business within the Manufacturing vertical. You will identify, engage, and close large deals, shaping IT solutions for Industrial manufacturers, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, and other asset-heavy industries.

The role requires a proven hunter with a strong network, capable of driving pipeline velocity and new logo acquisition, working with solutioning teams to articulate client value propositions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; 15+ years sales experience preferred in services, with strong automotive domain exposure.
• Develop and execute sales growth strategies across enterprise accounts.
• Build CXO relationships with leading automotive organizations.
• Demonstrate full sales lifecycle mastery from prospecting to closure.
• Lead proposal creation and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
• Serve as market-facing representative for Infosys, positioning as trusted advisor.
• Build executive-level relationships with sponsors and decision-makers.
• Leverage Infosys portfolio to develop client-centric solutions.
• Collaborate across verticals to drive deal pursuit and execution.
• Lead qualification, proposal development, and executive presentations.
