Job summary

MSX International in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Technical Training Instructor to support a premium Automotive OEM at the OEM training facility in Atlanta. This role focuses on improving the diagnostic capabilities of dealership technicians through hands-on classes and curriculum development.

The instructor will prepare workshops, facilitate sessions, maintain the facility, and travel as needed to deliver training across locations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years automotive repair/diagnostics experience.
• 3+ years training OEM dealership technicians.
• Knowledge of electric vehicle technology a plus.
• Ability to read and explain mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Experience preparing classrooms, workshops, and vehicles for learning.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare workshops and vehicles for experiential learning.
• Facilitate training workshops to improve diagnosis and repair competencies.
• Maintain facility, tools, guides, literature, and vehicles.
• Verify learners’ understanding using competency-based training.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Regional, and Dealership teams.
• Assist curriculum development and scheduling.
• Maintain attendee training records in the learning portal.
• Travel to additional locations as required.
• Ensure health and safety standards in the Training Center.
• Maintain 5S shop standards.
• Professional relationship with customers and suppliers.
• Operate workshop equipment to specification.
