Job summary

You will perform repair work, test systems, provide time/parts estimates, and communicate with customers through the Service Advisor, while upholding safety and dealership standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Technician or similar role is required.
• Dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed.
• Provide estimates of time and parts for additional repairs.
• Perform repairs under warranty according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
