The Boyd Group in Kennewick, Washington is seeking an Automotive ADAS Technician. You will interact with customers, perform testing and repairs, and help generate invoices.

This full‑time role requires strong diagnostic skills, knowledge of ADAS calibrations and wiring, plus the ability to manage inventory and collaborate with teammates. Pay ranges from $60,000 to $95,000 annually, with overtime eligible and a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OE scan tools.
• Willing and able to learn new tools as needed.
• Knowledge of wiring repair procedures.
• Ability to service A/C systems.
• Possesses diagnostic skills in the automotive trade.
• Basic computer knowledge including using email, spreadsheet and messaging systems.
• Willing to update job knowledge through educational opportunities and publications.
• Must possess high school degree or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Determines testing and analysis by reviewing estimates and communicating with shop.
• Performs diagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations.
• Performs wiring repairs.
• Advises shop of needed repairs.
• Keeps inventory of stock and verifies order receipts.
• Writes, prints and emails service invoices.
• Collects signature or payment for work performed.
• Delivers completed invoices and payments to office.
• Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions and troubleshoots breakdowns.
• Maintains supplies and performs preventative maintenance.
• Advises management of repairs.
• Keeps Google Drive up to date.
• Collaborates with teammates per PPT guidelines to schedule/complete jobs.
• Other duties, as assigned.
