The role blends technical testing with business impact, focusing on frontend and backend systems, APIs, and cloud resources. You will design robust testing strategies, build and maintain automation frameworks, and create actionable dashboards to track product health, risks, and quality improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in automation testing for mobile and backend systems.
• Hands-on AWS and cloud testing experience.
• Proficiency in designing, automating, and maintaining tests within web frameworks.
• Strong understanding of functional, non-functional, regression, smoke, performance and security testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute manual and automated tests with a focus on functionality and strategic goals
• Implement and maintain automation frameworks for frontend testing
• Define and contribute to quality strategies using Agile approaches like BDD and TDD
• Create dashboards and metrics to monitor product health and identify risks
• Estimate tasks and collaborate on the design of frontend and backend testing strategies
• Conduct API testing and work with cloud resources, monitor logs, validate batch processes, and ensure database accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in automation testing for mobile and backend systems
• Hands-on experience with AWS resources and testing in cloud environments
• Proficiency in designing, automating, and maintaining tests within web frameworks
• Strong understanding of test types, including functional, non-functional, regression, smoke, performance, and security testing
• Experience with quality strategies such as Agile Testing, regression criteria, risk analysis, BDD, TDD, documentation, and product vision
• Practical knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, and Soap UI
• Familiarity with reporting and bug review processes
• Experience working on Agile methodology projects
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
• Nice to have Experience with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB
• Expertise in frontend automation tools and techniques
• Familiarity with batch process validation and log analysis
