Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of software development and test automation experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages (C#, Java, Python).
• Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, TestIM, Playwright).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps, Git, Visual Studio.
• Familiarity with web, API, and SQL technologies.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and executes test automation scripts for complex systems in an agile environment.
• Plans test coverage goals, strategies, and approaches for automation projects with stakeholders.
• Participates with developers in code reviews and provides feedback to ensure high-quality software development practices.
• Collaborates with QEs to evaluate product quality through test results from developed scripts.
• Contributes to evolving automation practices for tools, processes, methodologies, and procedures.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement testing processes and improve automation efficiencies.
• Mentors QE teammates to grow their automation expertise.
