Job summary

TSI Incorporated is seeking a Senior Software Test Engineer to architect and code automated tests across desktop, mobile, and cloud platforms, with a focus on instrument software and device simulators.

You will build scalable automation frameworks, embed testing in CI/CD, and collaborate with developers to improve testability while delivering reliable, production‑grade software for air quality and safety solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in CS/related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in software development and/or test automation.
• Proficiency in OO languages (C#, Java, Python, TypeScript).
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
• Experience CI/CD integration and test tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision for test automation across instruments and software.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
• Develop device simulators, mocks, and test harnesses for high-volume data.
• Create end-to-end automated tests for API, UI, backend and cloud apps.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and optimize for speed.
• Mentor QA engineers and promote best practices.
