You will lead complex projects from concept through commissioning, collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to design architectures, cost estimates, and detailed scopes of work.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on automation experience.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, P&IDs and drawings.
- Design and implement industrial automation systems.
- Project management and leadership experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead teams.
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems or related field.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior technical authority for automation solutions.
- Lead architecture, design and implementation of control systems.
- Develop scope of work packages, proposals and cost estimates.
- Program, configure and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS platforms.
- Act as liaison between customer and company for technical guidance.
- Travel to client sites for technical sales support and project reviews.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
