Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, implement, and maintain test automation assets that conform to the QA Center of Excellence standards. You will deliver production-grade automation that is reliable and maintainable.

You will build robust automation scripts in Java or C#, using Selenium for web UI, Appium for mobile, and Rest Assured for API testing, while integrating into CI/CD (GitLab, Jenkins) for fast feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
• 7+ years of QA/Testing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain test automation solutions per QACOE standards.
• Lead technical support for installation, testing of software, patches, and upgrades.
• Develop automation scripts in Java or C# with Selenium and Appium for web and mobile testing.
• Create API tests using Rest Assured and dynamic payload validation.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins) and analyze results.
