Job summary

JR Automation, A Hitachi Group Company, seeks a Senior Project Manager in Nashville, TN. You will lead engineered-to-order automation projects, partnering with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and installation teams to deliver complex solutions from concept to closeout.

Responsibilities include defining scope, schedules, budgets, and risk management, serving as the main customer contact, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• PMP certification preferred, but not required.
• Experience in direct customer management and cross-functional team leadership.
• Proficiency with MS Project and change/risk management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for assigned projects, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and communications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage project financials, cost tracking, and delivery within targets.
• Communicate project status and challenges to stakeholders, leadership, and teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and sharing best practices.
