Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline; multiple engineering fields eligible.
• 3+ years engineering experience in automated manufacturing, distribution centers, warehousing, logistics.
• Experience leading projects, equipment installations, system upgrades, launches, or capital improvements.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills; excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation & capital projects from planning through implementation and stabilization.
• Coordinate installation, startup, testing, validation, and optimization of new automation systems.
• Manage multiple projects with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, maintenance, quality, and vendors.
• Identify risks and drive projects to completion with leadership updates.
