Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in automated environments.
• Strong experience with PLCs, servo systems, and advanced electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to lead complex troubleshooting and maintenance efforts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and controls issues across automation systems.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement reliability improvements.
• Mentor and train Maintenance Technicians I & II.
